    Accounts Assistant

    Job Requirement

    • B.Com (lower second) degree (accounting option) or its equivalent, CPA III Computer literacy.
    • Candidates with three years working experience and CPA III will have an added advantage. They must be computer literate.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field of study from a recognized university or its equivalent.
    • CPA II and three years working experience in accounting or auditing work.

    Technologists

    Job Details

    • Applicants must be holders of a KCSE Mean Grade C with credits in Mathematics, Physics, or and Middle Meteorological Technician Certificates (WMO Class III) or equivalent qualification.
    • They should have at least three years working experience as Trainee technologist in a busy teaching and research institution or in an operations facility.

    Senior Info Auditor

    Job Details

    • Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university
    • Familiarity with basics of accounting and auditing profession.
    • At least five years hands on work experience with audit software programmes and systems eg ACL, Team Mate and or idea.
    • Those with CPA and /or CISA qualification will have an added advantage

     

    Method of Application

    All applicants for teaching positions are required to complete and submit a hard copy of the CUE interactive application form available in the respective Departments’/ College Website.

    Applicants for academic posts (AC) should forward twelve (12) copies of their application letters accompanied by similar number of certified copies of certificates and C.Vs giving details of their qualifications, experience, research activities and publications they appear in.

    Applicants for non-academic posts (AD) should submit seven (7) of the above supporting documents and applications letter.

    In both cases, applications and related documents should be forwarded through the applicants’ heads of departments and applicants should state their current designations and salaries and other benefits attached to those designations. They should quote post reference codes as shown for each posts in the advertisement.
