Details:

The role of Senior Block Supervisor is to supervise production practices, processes and procedures ensuring correct Cut points, crop husbandry, crop management, crop hygiene, Sanitation, Netting, Transport, Maintenance and Showering. You will also ensure that the crop is well balanced in terms of foliage by practicing selective reject management, bending of foliage and removal of old dead parts of the plant.

You will be educated in Horticulture or related field.
