A dynamic Manufacturing and Retail Company the specialize in high quality bags and accessories is seeking to recruit a Retail Sales Manager who will directly manager all aspects of day to day running retail operations. The ideal candidate Must have 5 years experience in Retail Sale of fashion and luxury goods.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Implement plans in store activities to drive sales.
• Attend Mall marketing strategies.
• Merchandising by ensuring eye –catching presentation of products in all stores.
• Manage programme of in-store pop-up shops featuring complementary brands.
• Ensure adequate stocks are maintained in all a stores.
• Manage external selling events.
• Continual development of sales skills build a highly motivated team.
• Identify and make recommendations to senior management on opportunities to innovate.

Job Qualifications of Sales Manager

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Must be sales focused and commercially aware.
• Must have 5 years experience in Retail Sale of fashion and luxury goods.
• Must have fundamentals to build a strong retail team.
• Must have strong attention to details.
