Head Reservationist Job Responsibilities

• Answers of calls & enquiries
• Managing of Reservations received from Agents
• Managing of Direct bookings
• Arranging “meet and greet” and LS road transfers
• Information to Accounts for invoicing
• Follow up of payments, in liaison with Accounts
• Obtaining, filing of third parties Rates and providing Luca Safari Rates to third parties
• Procure clients by marketing the camp and the air services
• Daily office duties

Requirements for the Head Reservationist Job

• We are seeking an exceptional professional, ideally with demonstrated work experience as a Head Reservationist.
• 10 year solid Reservationist Experience in reservations for either a safari lodge or a DMC
• Good communication skills
• Service orientated
• Attention to detail
• High work standards and ethics
• Confident, A team player
• Flexible and solution drive
• Self-driven, Good memory
