Administrative Assistant at Kinetic Controls Limited

We are looking to hire a lady who is well versed with the Kenya labor laws and practices with experience of 1 year minimum in a similar position to work as an Administrative Assistant.

 The Job Description

1. Assist with the recruitment process and orientation of new employees
2. Assist in maintaining employment contracts
3. Assist in responding to employee inquiries on human resource related issues, communicating to employees on company policies, rules and regulations
4. Assist in monitoring the staff register in regards to staff attendance and dealing with absent staff and lateness.
5. Assist in record keeping and maintaining a proper filing system
6. Assist in monthly staff evaluation
7. Picking up calls and responding to general enquiries
8. Maintaining strict privacy of company records
9. Assist in the daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a  business related field preferably in human resource
• Previous experience in administration of 1 year minimum an added advantage
• Preferably a Lady - Photo A Must (Any application missing a photo will be automatically disqualified)
• Aged 22 years and above

Salary scale KES 20,000 - 30,000
