Job Profile - Responsibilities

ï‚· Supervises maintenance functions for the machinery at the construction site.
ï‚· Oversees maintenance and repair of equipment, both in the shop and at the project sites.
ï‚· Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrated based on the manufacturer’s recommendations or government standard.
ï‚· Reviews employee training to ensure a skilled mechanic workforce.
ï‚· Supports on the job projects including identifying all sources of equipment maintenance, fueling, repair and spare parts.

Personal Profile - Qualifications

ï‚· Should have Mechanical Engineering qualification from a recognized higher learning institution.
ï‚· Should be registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
ï‚· 8 – 10 years experience in maintaining plant and equipment at road construction sites.
