Commercial Manager at Moran Ridge

The Commercial Manager will report to the board of Moran Ridge. S/he will be responsible for developing, executing, monitoring and reporting on the sales and marketing strategy for Company. The sales and marketing plan must be designed and executed to generate revenues in line with the projects financial plan.

Qualifications for the Commercial Manager Job

• Over five (5) years of progressive relevant experience in a busy real estate firm, at least two (2) of which must be in a senior role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing Management or equivalent from a recognized University.
• CIM or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• Experience of brand building and brand development
• Proven record of high performance, integrity and ethical practice and,
• Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills.
