Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, the successful candidate will provide support in managing the activities of Patient Business Services Department (PBSD). The key focus will be overseeing the administrative and operational activities of the Credit Control and Patient Welfare Departments and update the CFO and Senior Manager Finance on the Key areas.
• Applicants should have a university degree supported with CPA (K) or Master Degree in Business Administration with 3 years' experience in Health Care Patient Billing Systems Processes /Credit Control Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills adhering to set timelines for reporting.
• Experience in Financial Counselling will be an added advantage.
