    Business Development Manager

    Business Development Manager Job Accountabilities

    • Define the Business Development targets and ensure their achievement.
    • Develop Business Development strategy and provide key leads to acquire new business by identifying opportunities in the market.
    • Develop Business Relationships with key customers to ensure strategic alignment.
    • Setting Business Development strategies and targets as well as development of policies to evaluate and monitor performance with corrective actions.
    • Generating new business and growing business from the existing accounts.
    • Channel expansion, profit and revenue growth.

    Qualifications for the Business Development Manager Job

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
    • Experience in engineering services-3-5 Years
    • Good Presentation Skill
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
    • Good Presentation Skills.
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Problem solving skills
    • Strong Leader and Team player
    • Go- getter
    • Above 32 Years
    • Has their own vehicle
    • Salary Package 80- 100k plus commissions
