The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team that outlines the group strategy over the coming years and guides the company moving forward. He/She will be responsible for managing and leading the team to ensure that customer demands are being met. Must have at least 5 years of Management experience in the Luxury Travel industry in the Kenyan market. Overseas experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the Business Strategy plan
• Responsible for the entire management team
• Responsible for the investment feasibility analysis
• Responsible for the recruitment and training of all staff members
• Develop operating and customer manuals
• Coordinate with the Marketing department, the Marketing/PR and brand strategy
• Develop all the business/operation systems
• Oversee all finances including all income and cost analysis
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree, preferably a masters degree
• Experience in the Films/Entertainment/Media/Traveling or Hospitality sector
• More than 5 years of real Management experience in any of the above sectors
• Experience in the high end/luxury market
• A natural flair for selling and sound business acumen
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent networker.
