    CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINEE - Computing & Electronics

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Provides excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns.
    • Recommend selections that meet the customer's needs.
    • Identifying needs; assessing interests; explaining the products and options.
    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • At least a B (plain) in High School/KCSE.
    • At least a bachelor's degree for attended training (not distance/online) on either customer service, information technology/computer science, business or a related field.
    • Exceptional commercial awareness of the computing and electronics field.
    • Must be proficient with PCs and Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Must be an advanced internet user.
    • Willing to work on weekends.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Must be exceptionally self-disciplined and have a very strong work ethic.
    • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, concisely and ensure customer understanding.
    • Strong follow-up skills.
    • Must be people-oriented and a team player.
    • Must be able to build prospects and business relationships
    • Solid organizational and time-management and follow-up skills.
    • Help sniff out innovative ideas to improve customer service processes and performance.
    • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Execute all transactions quickly and accurately.
