The ideal candidate will be a university graduate (preferably from a humanities background) with minimum three years’ experience in line management within the agricultural or manufacturing sectors.
The candidate should have good knowledge of international labour instruments, local labour laws and industrial relations mechanisms applicable within the country.
Training in SA 8000: 2008, ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor based on ISO 19011 Principles and ISO 2600 will be an added advantage
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities.
The candidate should espouse values that include independence, Integrity, fairness, confidentiality and should be able to uphold professionalism when implementing duties.
This is an entry level position that requires a candidate with or moving towards mid-level career prospects.
Please note that this position has nothing to do with financial auditing.
