Marketing & Branding Graduate Trainee at Avcon Contractors

Avcon is looking to recruit a marking assistant with passion for marketing and branding to join their team and support with coordination and planning of marketing and branding initiatives.

S/he will work closely with the Avcon360 project team and will report directly to the Director, Finance & Operations and will be tasked with:

Roles

• Support with preparation branding and marketing plans
• Coordination of marketing and branding initiatives
• Support with development of marketing, sales and branding material
• Focal person for building the Avcon360 brand
• Coordinate training for our technical sales personnel
• Monitor of impact of our marketing initiative and make recommendations for improvement
• Research on modern trends in marketing specifically digital marketing and how we can integrate this into our branding and marketing initiatives
• Track client feedback and experience and liase with project team on how we can enhance our client experience

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or relevant business field / this can be supplemented by demonstrated knowledge and expertise in branding and marketing
• Good command of ICT applications specifically social media, MS applications and design
• Demonstrated passion for marketing and branding; Prior experience in in this field would be good
• Positive work ethic, creativity and team work are desirable
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent writing and communication skills and command of MS Powerpoint and word
