Job Description

To effectively formulate, plan and implement sales achievement programs and distribution activities. To grow &ensure high level of visibility, numeric distribution, market share and grow sales volumes of MNC FMCG product range through efficient management of FSR operations.

Sales manager required for a Multinational Corporation FMCG products.

Reports to: Country Manager

Direct Reports:FSR Field Managers, Operations Officer

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or B. Com (Sales Option)/Higher
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• 5years Business experience (in Sales & Marketing, client and staff interaction, and organizational experience at management level)
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of sales business Skills and distribution channels
• Leadership & Mentorship Skills
• Problem Solving Ability
• Organisational, time management and people management
