Customer Care Officer at Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS)

Responsible for building and maintaining customer relations for customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries
• Prepare special documents needed by clients for export clearance (NGOs, MOH) e.g. convert SYSPRO generated packing slip, delivery notes and invoices into special MS Excel format for customer satisfaction;
• Receive and screen new clients to facilitate opening of new accounts while maintaining an up-to-date clients’ database
• Coordinate timely and accurate booking and keying in of clients’ orders for customer satisfaction
• Supervise, coach and train Customer Care Assistants;
• Prepare accurate reports for decision making;

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy and Business Related Degree
• At least 3 years proven customer support experience in a busy/demanding environment;
• Experience in working with CRM systems and ERPs;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
