    Job description

    • Responsible for the the production of the central factory (bakery)
    • Knowledge and experience of baking bread, pattiserie and confectionary required
    • New recipie development
    • Stock management
    • Management of production
    • Ensure quality standards of production are met
    • Ensure dispatch and logistics are efficient
    • Overal hygiene and controls
