Senior Sales Engineer at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

Our client, engaged in Industrial Distribution Services, is seeking to recruit innovative and results oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

Industry: Industrial Products, Oil & Gas, Heavy Machinery

The position involves Business Development, Marketing and Sales of Industrial Equipment, Compressors and associated parts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of professionals.
• Obtain in-depth understanding of the assigned market and customer and develop business plan.
• Implementing strategies and execution of the business plan.
• Achieve the sales quote for the assigned geography and customers.
• Promote the entire range of products in the portfolio.
• Build an effective business relationship with major customers, partners and agents.
• Implement marketing plans and activities in line with the sales goals.
• Map the product and solution offering to the customers, markets and industry.
• Add new customer and maintain the existing ones.
• Understand various customer applications in the industrial sector and propose suitable product and solutions.

Job Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree, preferably with an MBA.
• Work Experience: 8 – 14 years in a related field.
• Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
