Business Analyst at Strong Start Limited

Hours of Work: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• In coordination with the MD and training manager, responsible for scheduling new trainings
• Communicating trainings dates to marketing team and ensuring sufficient enrolment in classes
• Ensuring all payments for classes are collected prior to attending
• Working with the accountant to reconcile all payments & classes
• Ensuring all attendees receive a receipt for their training
• Assistance with development programs, including budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of programs, and report writing.
• Reporting on budgets to management, donors and investors

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting/ACCA
• Excellent use of excel
• Good writing and powerpoint skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the job
• A team player but also a self-starter
