Job Description
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business related courses.
- 2 Years experience in a microfinance
- Sales and marketing skills
- customer service skills
- Portfolio management
- Debt collection skills
- Effective risk management expertise
Duties and responsibilities
- Portfolio Management
- Marketing the company products;
- Appraise clients and vet loan applications for disbursement purposes;
- Debt Collection
- Customer Service
- Marketing the loan against shares products
- Come up with marketing strategies for loans against shares product
- Advise clients on the best way to maximize their listed shares.
- Appraise clients and vet loan applications for disbursement purposes;
- Check on the market trends
- Excellent customer Service
- Loan review and approval
- Approval of valuations
- Coordinating the in charge and discharge of logbooks
- Assist in implementing effective risk management process and developing risk policies
- Performing other duties as may be deemed necessary by the management.
