    Supply Chain Officer

    Job Description

    • Source for goods, works and services as per the procurement law;
    • Raise purchase orders for goods and services for approval;
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
    • Maintain and update a list of prequalified suppliers;
    • Assist in undertaking market surveys to ensure the Commission obtains value for money;
    • Ensure safe custody of all procurements records;
    • Participate in the opening quotations;

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field from a recognized institution;
    • Member of professional body either KISM or CIPS;
    • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution; and

    Demonstrate the following Key Competencies and skills:

    • Proficient in IT;
    • Planning skills;
    • Oral and written communication skills;
    • Integrity;
