Job Description
- Technical Lead with hands-on experience in end to end enterprise monitoring and automation tools
- Good in comminucation skill
- Hand-ons experience on tools: MS SCCM, Solarwind NPM, Solarwind IPAM, Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, telegraf.
- Knowledge and hands-on any one CMDB Tools
- Knowledge on Event Management tools configuration like HP, CA, IBM
- Knowledge and hands-on ITSM tool- ServiceNow, MAXIT
- Knowledge and hands-on Clouds Monitoring
- Knowledge and hands-on Application Monitoring software’s
- TOGAF certification/ Knowledge will be added advantage
- Need to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors and stakeholders
- Hands on development and integration of monitoring tools with 3rd party Tools
- Strong Linux skills – shell scripting
