Junior Business Developer at Mutalo Group

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company and build productive long-lasting relationships with the customers
• Perform all types of research, including desk research and outdoor research
• Become a subject matter on our business products, processes, operations and remain up to date with on industry trends
• Collaborate with sales team in processing and finalizing of purchase orders 
• Perform all other sales related services as requested
• Contact clients via telephone, email, whats-app and other agreed upon means

• Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel
• Research and analytical skills
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Good at information seeking and handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills both verbal and written and being able to cold call clients with confidence
• Previous experience as a business developer
