    Position Summary and Key Responsibilities :

    Job Purpose (Job Summary)

    Support in the develop, design, document, maintenance and provide solutions for Online Channel Systems and Infrastructure i.e. ATM & Card Systems, Mobile, Agent Banking, Internet Banking

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    • Configuration of new Products in Card Management Systems, Switch and Mobile Banking System as requested by the business.
    • Provide day-to-day operational support for MOBEE, ATMs and Card operation Systems including network, hardware and software.
    • Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot ATM components
    • Perform and implement system maintenance, making program modification as necessary to meet business requirements; review and modify programs to correct errors and improve efficiency and cost effectiveness
    • Perform weekly performance reporting to support capacity planning (System support).
    • Provide technical support to Card Operations, ATM projects and new products.
    • Provide support of all ATM channels, monitoring, capacity management, timely update of applications and interfaces
    • Provide weekly status reports for EMC to Director of ICT
    • Perform daily/routine security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and ensure that the system security officer is aware of such at all times.
    • Ensure uptime of ALL Mobile, ATM interfaces and POS as per Business requirement of 99.6%.
    • Support HSM issues and any other key related issue that may arise – key exchange between other hosts.
    • System Parameterization on different Products and Services and Limits.
    • ATMs and Agency Banking terminals setup in the various systems.
    • Systems Requirements Specification (SRS) document preparation and Scoping as per User Requirements.
    • User Support on Queries, Mobile and ATM troubleshooting and configurations.
    • Involvement in projects for instance; Systems Interfacing and Integration between the ATM Switch and New interfaces.
    • Creation of Process flow/Manuals for users to ease remote assistance to branches on Card and ATM issues

    Position requirements:

    Academic & Professional Qualification

    Essential

    Desirable

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
    • ITIL Certifications, knowledge in Linux Oracle/MS SQL Certification.

    Work Experience & Skills

    • Two (2) years’ experience in providing system support and implementing support services in a large ICT enabled environment.
