    Regional Business Development Manager

    Salary - USD 3000pm to USD 4000pm + Comm (based on experience)

    • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to Identify new business opportunities in the region.
    • Understand and evaluate customers’ business requirements
    • Educate Customers on services available to enhance the revenue growth within each account
    • Ensure knowledge sharing with colleagues (Pre-Sales) and stakeholders in the network on product offerings to ensure the customer is guided to the appropriate solution.
    • Proactively identify new business for services and solutions with existing and new customers.
    • Close deals within named accounts
    • Maintain the company CRM to accurately reflect pipeline of new potential business. This includes recording sales activities, opportunities, actions and outcomes to ensure all stakeholders have a complete view of all interactions with the customer.
    • Handle the complexity of the customer’s specific needs and ensuring these needs are communicated when handing over projects to the delivery team.
    • Ensure the retention of high value customers through the efficient implementation of the sales and service tactical plan.
    • Always strive to offer a consistent customer experience by responding to customer within agreed times.
    • Highlight any process and billing issues to the Sales Director, for timeous resolution and possible system enhancements.
    • Identify business risks from both the company and customers’ perspective and then escalate appropriately to minimise risk exposure
