Job Details

• End to end management of mystery shopping projects
• Planning, schedule and execute mystery shopping projects
• Questionnaire development
• Prepare and train mystery shoppers
• Project reporting and presentation
• Develop client proposals using Organizations formats and structure
• Use of Mpesa bulk payment platform
• Plan, implement and oversee mystery shopper recruitment activities
• Operationalize marketing activities for mystery shopper and client recruitment drives including press, social media, activations etc.
• Keep the mystery shopper data base active
• Search for and   respond to open  and closed tenders
• Update and manage Company’s social media pages
• Manage client relations to  meet  the agreed  performance  objectives, measures and  ensure   all Customers receive effective, prompt and friendly service
• Data organization,        storage  and         management
• Any other      duties     assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ marketing or  relevant field
• Highly organized and structured
• Excellent presentation skills- attention to detail and creative
• At least 2 years’ experience handling Administration and Operation’s
• Sales experience in any field/industry
• Good etiquette – spoken, written and demeanor
• Technologically competent
• Confident and     outspoken
• Solution driven   not problem finding
• Proactive and      takes      initiative
• Is respectful and has high integrity
• Market research knowledge and   experience is a bonus
• Smart and interested in personal growth and development
• Operates under minimal supervision
