    Sugar Gum and Fruity Confections Brand Manager

    Job Purpose:

    • Set the strategy for Sugar Gum and FC business in DMEA (brand, portfolio, markets).
    • Activate current business (activity calendar, advertising, promotion, pricing, etc).
    • Lead business P&L and budget setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy setting for Sugar Gum and FC business Across Developing Middle East & Africa
    • Brand and Communication Strategy
    • Brand Management 

    Education & Experience:

    5-7 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management function.

    Knowledge/Experience

    • Brand Management.
    • Customer Marketing is a plus.
    • Strong project management knowledge is must
    • P&L and financial knowledge is must.

    Key Supporting Competencies:

    • Dealing with Ambiguity.
    • Strategic Agility.
    • Business Acumen.
    • Process Management
    • Managing Vision and Purpose.
