    Human Resources Director / Finance and Banking (SOP’s)/ Training and Development

    Job Description

    We are seeking and experienced HR Director with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to overall business objectives.

    Responsibilities

      • Developing and implementing human resources policies
      • Hiring staff and Negotiating employment agreements
      • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
      • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews
      • Designing and directing training programs

    Requirements: Qualification and Skill 

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
      • A minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience in a similar position
      • Excellent computer literacy with meticulous proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
      • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
      • Budget management experience
