    Account Manager – Experiential Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day client needs as directed by the Business Unit Manager
    • Work closely within the Client Service Team to ensure products and solutions are structured to meet clients’ specifications as per client briefs or requests received
    • Ensure current clients’ needs are met satisfactorily
    • After-sales follow-up to maintain the client account and acquire back-ends arising from the project and client relationship
    • Managing the clients’ projects to ensure they are executed and delivered as agreed with the clients
    • Ensure company set goals for acquisition on new business are achieved.
    • Identify and secure long term and retainer revenue accounts for the business.
    • Develop target clients and specific strategies to secure new business.
    • Ensure company set goals for acquisition on new business are achieved
    • Carrying out market research to understanding existing and emerging market trends
    • Fully understand all client products, services and brands
    • Maintain good network to consistently stay updated with what is in the market
    • Maintaining and nurturing client relationships
    • Clearly and accurately writing reports, presentations and proposal documents
    • Ensuring that timely client feedback is obtained for all projects through the established client satisfaction survey method
    • Overseeing activations, vetting of suppliers and reviewing events and activations reports
    • Inform the company on new platforms, products, technology and industry updates.
    • Any other duties assigned 

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager in Experiential / BTL Marketing
    • Experience in creating and managing experiential campaigns, retail promotions, market activations and have a good knowledge of the market.
    • Creative proposal and report writing skills.
    • Excellent project budget creation and management skills
