    Trainer of Trainers

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Lecture planning, preparation and research
    • Contact/teaching time with team members
    • Checking and assessing team member’s work.
    • Encouraging personal development via tutorial
    • Invigilating examinations/tests
    • Attending staff meeting
    • Develop a schedule to assess training needs
    • Conduct employee surveys and interviews
    • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
    • Track and compile collected data
    • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research

    • Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology

    QUALIFICATIONS.

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
    • Diploma in Technical Education (KTTC) is an added advantage
    • Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
    • Knowledge of KNEC/NITA examination procedures
    • Registration by TVET will be an added advantage
    • Certification from talent and training associations a plus
    • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
    • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
    • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
    • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

    Account Manager – Experiential Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day client needs as directed by the Business Unit Manager
    • Work closely within the Client Service Team to ensure products and solutions are structured to meet clients’ specifications as per client briefs or requests received
    • Ensure current clients’ needs are met satisfactorily
    • After-sales follow-up to maintain the client account and acquire back-ends arising from the project and client relationship
    • Managing the clients’ projects to ensure they are executed and delivered as agreed with the clients

    Dispatch Clerk – Pharmaceutical

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Receive dispatch orders to determine what is required in terms of dispatch work and coordination with the delivery team.
    • Sort out dispatch orders according to timelines and locations and decide which delivery team to assign them to with convenient route plans.
    • Create work orders and templates for dispatch team and provide them with information on routes and timelines.
    • Assist dispatch team in determining short and safe routes to destinations, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Keep in constant contact with dispatch team to ensure that they are on accurate routes, and will deliver on time.
    • Supervise the loading and unloading of items from delivery trucks, ensuring that the right ones are loaded for delivery/dispatch purposes.
    • Monitor routes and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
    • Provide relevant field units with information about orders, obstacles and requirements.
    • Ensure that dispatch teams keep their delivery vehicles in good working condition.
    • Track deliveries or dispatch teams to determine their specific locations, for the purpose of informing customers.
    • Create and maintain logs of dispatch activities managed, and overseen during the shift, in sync with established procedures.
    • Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information record and keep track of relevant details necessary for reference in matters deliveries for the company and customers.
    • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
    • Address rising issues, problems and requests from dispatch team, staff and customers by transmitting information or providing solutions.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
    • 1+ year of work experience in a busy distribution set up
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail
    • Good computer skills (working knowledge of ERP preferred)
    • Knowledge of basic stock taking procedures
    • Good report writing skills
    • Flexibility with change in work shifts
    • Honesty, integrity, and ethics

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Lead and participate in the creative development of briefs from concept to execution.
    • Create visual language for quick-turn objectives as well as larger campaigns both for clients and internal projects.
    • Principally lead and direct all aesthetic decisions; be ready to back them up with solid thinking.
    • Create a design workflow and direct workflow for all digital projects.
    • Design independently as well as collaborate with our broader team of designers, developers, copywriters, creative directors, UX designers, and production teams.

    Requirements

    • Experience in handling concepts, presentations, and roll out for digital deliverables such as UI/IX design for web and app, animations, motion graphics, and ATL design.
    • Strong design ability with a focus on digital development.
    • Expert working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
    • Previous experience in web or digital development.
    • Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications.
    • Natural creative thinker who is excited about new ideas.
    • Passion for performance creative and an understanding of the necessity of experience creative.
    • Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a team player. 
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, exercise sound business judgment.
