Account Manager at Vista Management Consultants Limited

We are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Manager to join our Finance team in Naivasha. This role is critical in ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and insightful reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare and review management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, cost accounting, and variance analysis
• Ensure robust internal controls across finance operations
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and liquidity
• Liaise with banks and optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables)
• Ensure full compliance with Kenyan tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, CIT, WHT)
• Handle tax filings, KRA audits, and statutory compliance
• Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
• Manage and develop the accounting team
• Partner with operations and management to provide financial insights and reporting

Requirements:

• CPA (K) – Mandatory
• ACCA / CPA Finalist or Member – Preferred
• Minimum 5 -7years’ experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One is an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Kenyan tax laws
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
