Accounts Assistant at Jawabu Biashara

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

The duties of an Accounts Assistant will include but not limited to;

• Bank Reconciliations
• Processing of invoices and payments
• Records Management and Filing for the Accounts & Finance department
• Preparing reports, including cash flow statements and management reports among others
• Data Analytics and Credit analysis
• Manage correspondence between the accounts department and other departments within the organization
• Provide support during company Audit
• Assist with other accounting, finance and administrative projects

Requirements:

• Minimum CPA Part II and Diploma in Finance or business administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience preferably in a growth focused lending entity.
• Experience with MIS / Accounting systems/software
• Strong MS Suites skills / Google Sheets and records / tracker management/ data analytic skills
• High ethical standards with unquestionable integrity and confidentiality.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
