Sr Solution Consultant Kenya at ACI Worldwide

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales and Solution Scoping
2. Deep knowledge of the East African market & payments ecosystem.
3. Participates as strategic solution representative in end-to-end sales process and contributes to the development of specific opportunities.
4. Defines value propositions and long term solution strategies for specific opportunities to assist Sales in progressing deals in line with strategic sales plans.
5. Successfully defines and obtains agreement regarding customer requirements.
6. Identifies business development opportunities through scoping customer and external industry engagements.
7. Identifies and provides advice and business consultancy to prospects/customers on solution design options, and impacts of modifications on the existing system.
8. Ensures that all client business objectives are met as identified through the sales process and planned for in the implementation process.
9. Builds presentations, proposals, and papers designed to assist in the sales of product solutions.
10. Collaboratively works with other solution consultants, account representatives, customer managers, project managers, and the executive leadership team.
11. Develops value propositions within multiple industry and product families.
12. Works in an independent environment.
13. Works at an expert level for both product and industry in the sales arena.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required For The Job

1. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
2. 5 years as “Subject Matter Expert” in specific payments segment
3. 8-10 years of experience in relevant industry sector
4. 3-5 years consultative sales experience
5. Very professional in English (written and verbal)

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
