    Export Sales Manager

    Job Purpose

    The position will own the revenue and profitability performance of assigned market and deliver on its commercial objective; manage, develop and expand business. The job holder will coordinate the export sales team to create and maintain performance metrics across assigned markets.

    Key Duties/ Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for Marketing and Sales in all Export Markets (Congo, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Burundi and Rwanda).
    2. Analyzing and research current markets.
    3. Specifying projects in foreign markets and closely follow up for pricing implementation and technical issues.
    4. Implementing sales and marketing strategy of each market.
    5. Establishing distributors’ networks in the above-mentioned markets.
    6. Analyzing and research opportunities for new markets and perform risk analysis.
    7. Uncovering new opportunities and clients whilst maintaining relationship with the existing client base.
    8. Establishing and monitoring all export procedures ensuring all export sales order for the Company Partners and third parties are per agreed upon terms and guidelines.
    9. Overseeing the coordination of all export activities, as logistics, pricing and sales relevant to export processes.
    10. Responsible for coordinating all export deliveries with ocean and air companies as well as transport by trucks.
    11. Familiar with the needs of the clients on different markets.
    12. Regularly, following up with export clients to track ongoing shipments and deliveries schedules.

    Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

    • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience
    • Knowledge of building material and/or construction industries.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
