Our client in the beauty industry is seeking to hire a highly skilled and professional Aesthetician to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, exfoliation, and body treatments, while ensuring the highest level of client care and professionalism. The Aesthetician will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend appropriate products, and stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and skincare treatments. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years working experience in a fast paced spa. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and should have In-depth understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional skincare treatments such as facials, exfoliation, and peels tailored to clients' needs.
• Perform hair removal services, including waxing, laser hair removal, threading, in a safe and hygienic manner.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the treatment rooms and work areas.
• Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, treatments, and products through ongoing education and training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service and ensuring a personalized experience.
• Upsell spa services and products to clients in a friendly, non-pushy manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and skin assessments.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist in managing appointments, client schedules, and inventory when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or degree in aesthetics, cosmetology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an aesthetician in a spa, or skincare clinic.
• Skincare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent client care.
• Sales Skills: Ability to recommend and upsell products and treatments based on individual client needs.
• Professionalism: Highly organized, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional appearance and standards.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in hygiene practices and providing personalized services.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new skincare techniques, products, and trends.
