We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Affiliate and Referral Program Specialist. This role involves creating and executing marketing plans to expand our affiliate and referral program, engaging with partners to promote our services effectively, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and legal standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive affiliate and referral program growth.
• Identify target audiences and devise engaging campaigns to convert them into active partners.
• Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines and comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Implement measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within the program.
• Communicate program updates, promotions, and incentives to affiliates and referral partners.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights, progress, and achievements with stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Ability to negotiate and persuade partners effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and referral partners.
• Proficiency in using tools and apps like Google Meets, Google Docs, and Sheets, as well as various E-commerce, Food delivery, and Parcel delivery apps.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media and content marketing.
• Understanding of online advertising platforms and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
• Attention to detail for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Awareness of legal regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing and affiliate programs.

Essential requirements:

• Android smartphone and internet access.
• Must reside in Nairobi.

Salary: You will earn a commission of Ksh 200 on every successful referral.
