Aftercare Manager - Kenya at Ampersand E-mobility Limited

About the role
This role will oversee customer care teams including roadside care, vehicle maintenance, and spare parts. The aftercare manager will be accountable for delivering unparalleled service to our customers and franchise partners and continue to optimize service delivery systems. This role will report to the Kenya Commercial Manager and hold the following responsibilities:

1. Leadership, management, and training of vehicle maintenance teams to deliver the best service experience on the market.
2. Management of DEAR platform for stock keeping and customer point of sale.
3. Be accountable to spare parts inventories, overseeing stock keeper performance, stock accuracy, and order reception irregularities.
4. Management of roadside care teams including vehicle upkeep and performance efficiency.
5. Process experimentation resulting in continuous improvement of our service systems.
6. Other duties at the discretion of Ampersand.

Minimum requirements

1. 7 years of professional experience in automotive maintenance including 3 years of management experience.
2. Diploma or Bachelors degree in automotive maintenance or mechanical fields.
3. Ability to deliver results on time and on budget.
4. Good comprehension of Microsoft Office tools as well as Google Workspace.
5. Professional comfort or higher with English.
6. (Bonus) Experience in a start-up environment.
