    Ancillaries & Holidays Manager

    Brief Description        

    Responsible for development and strategicpositioning of ancillary products across all sales channels within theairline's network.

    Detailed Description        

    • Identify, evaluate, and prepare business cases for novel ancillary initiatives, products, and enhancements.
    • Contribute to the overarching business strategy aimed at maximizing ancillary revenues, encompassing areas such as paid seating, baggage services, and upgrade options.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Pricing, Revenue Management, Direct Channels, Ground Services, Marketing, and others.
    • Formulate and execute a data-driven sales strategy for direct ancillaries, leveraging insights from market research.
    • Implement the Direct First Strategy across all distribution channels.
    • Strategize, plan, and execute product launches aimed at seamlessly introducing new offerings to the market.
    • Regularly analyze and present performance reports to all stakeholders for informed decision-making.
    • Work together with customer service teams (Customer Excellence Center, Sales, and Check-in agents) to deliver new projects as well as enhance customer experience and increase efficiency in all customer touchpoints.
    • Compile and review the product manuals ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Manage budgets and financial performance related to ancillaries, aiming for profitability.

    Job Requirements        

    • University degree in a business-related field
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Business-minded approach
    • Planning and organizational skills
    • Proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment with at least 8 years of experience.  Revenue Management experience will be an added advantage.
