Key Requirements.

• Supporting the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
• Creating sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Working closely with the Sales Manager in negotiations to close deals
• Providing training and guidance to sales representatives to ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitoring sales activities and analyzing market trends to improve sales performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning.
• Preparing sales reports and participating in weekly sales meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring that all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Team management skills.
• Report writing skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work extensively in Kenya.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
