    Merchandisers (Alcoholic Beverages) - 20 Positions

    Key Requirements:

    • Monitor outlet stocks levels per SKU and ensure levels are within the outlet’s sales expectations.
    • Identify new customer key information/ characteristics which should be known within the territory.
    • Enforce asset policies on usage, maintenance and outlined product display standards.
    • Monitor quality defects in the trade and act if defects are found.
    • Monitor and report on ccompetitor activities including pricing, promotions service levels and tactics noted.
    • Take actions to counter competitor threats for outlets in the territory.
    • Apply promotional standards and understand the impact of sub-standard implementation.
    • Develop trust relationships and advocacy with customers.
    • Expand the territory by recruiting new outlets in assigned areas.
    • Monitor and track order placement and maintenance by outlet.

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least 1 year experience selling alcoholic beverages.

    Assistant Area Sales Manager (Alcoholic Beverages) - 5 Positions

    Key Requirements.

    • Supporting the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies
    • Developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
    • Creating sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
    • Working closely with the Sales Manager in negotiations to close deals
    • Providing training and guidance to sales representatives to ensure targets are achieved.
    • Monitoring sales activities and analyzing market trends to improve sales performance.

    Biometric Systems Integration Supervisor

    Key Requirements:

    • Managing, Leading and Overseeing the IT department Team.
    • Coordinate priorities between IT department and other departments; and review adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment and Service Levels.
    • Network management-configuring LAN and troubleshooting and administrating network, network printer management, file sharing and structured cabling.
    • Setup, installing and maintaining of IP cameras for Biomass Plant and other key areas in the company to aid in security operations and configuration of remote viewing.

    • Must have at least 5 years’ experience.
    • Professional information security certification.
    • Must have experience in an information security role.
    • Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving IT landscape and keep pace with latest thinking & new security technologies.
    • A passion for technology and security safeguarding with a desire to deliver.
    • Analytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to.
    • Strong customer focus and able to meet the demands of internal and external customers.
    • Must be flexible and adaptable.
    • Can make decisions that are well informed and timely.
