QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for Appointment: -

• Diploma in Customer Service, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management, Event Management, Front Office or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Excellent written and oral communication; and
• Proficiency in Computer applications.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Act as an interface between internal and external customers;
• Compile daily visitors’ register;
• Compile daily and monthly reports;
• Provide relevant information to visitors;
• Respond to visitors’ queries;
• Receive, guide and direct visitors to designated offices and areas and Issue visitors’ passes; and
• Any other duty may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
