Assistant Manager Partnership Development and Resource Mobilization at Kenya Development Corporation

The Assistant Manager Partnership development and Resource Mobilization will be responsible for initiating development of policies and strategies for developing and maintaining partnerships and collaborations and raising resources for KDC with a view of achieving its objectives.

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;

• Developing proposals for funding and corresponding contracts;
• Reviewing financial structures and risks of the PPP Projects;
• Monitoring the Implementation of funding programs and maintaining their impact;
• Developing policies on identification of lines of credit;
• Reviewing proposals from potential strategic partners;
• developing programs and proposals for resource mobilization;
• Reviewing pre -contract PPP activities.

Person Specification

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: -

• At least eight (8) years’ work experience four (4) of which must have been in a Supervisory position.
• Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Economics, International Development Studies, International management from a recognized institution from a recognized institution;
• Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution;
• Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance.
• Certified qualification in any of the following; Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA), Public Accountant (CPA (K) or Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA (UK) or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; viii. Member of a relevant professional body.
