QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements for Appointment: -

• Certificate in Secretarial studies from the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) OR
• Business Education Single and Group Certificates (BES & GC) from the Kenya National Examinations Council in the following subjects: -
  • Typewriting II (40 w.p.m) Computerized Document Processing II
  • Business English I/ Communications I;
  • Office Practice I
  • Secretarial Duties II
  • Commerce I
  • Office Management III/ Office Administration and Management III
  • Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Undertake data processing;
• Ensure security of office records, documents and equipment;
• Attend to visitors/ Clients;
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system in the office; and
• Handle telephone calls and appointments.
• Perform any other office administrative service duties that may be assigned
