Back End Developer (C#, .NET) at Crystal Recruit

Our client is a global full-service solution provider for everything from strategy to execution (digital marketing, technology strategy, security strategy, Smart SaaS) to help businesses achieve the success they envision. They are looking for an analytical, results-driven back-end developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
• Taking the lead on projects, as needed
• Follow emerging technologies

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Hands-on experience with programming languages.
• Working knowledge of C#, .Net, and Entity frameworks
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• A high level of English is a must
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Have great ideas and aren't afraid to share them or take the lead to make them happen.
• You like constantly improving your skills and looking for ways to enhance your work, workflow, and workplace.
• A team player and have a do what it takes to get the job done mentality.
• Must have reliable internet.
• Must be able to overlap our client's teamwork hours 9 AM-5 PM EST
