Job Role

• The Boutique Salesperson is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting clients in selecting products, and driving sales. The role requires a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Enhance customer shopping experience.
• Drive boutique sales and revenue growth.
• Maintain boutique presentation and inventory accuracy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Sales

• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Boutique Operations

• Manage inventory and restocking.
• Handle transactions (cash, card, mobile money).
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Visual Merchandising & Promotion

• Arrange displays to attract customers.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous retail or boutique sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
