Brand Manager at Mogo Finance

• The Brand Manager, A.K.A Brand Guardian will be the ultimate Mogo-style sheriff!
• He/she will Keep our visual identity sharp, consistent, and unmistakably Mogo across every touchpoint, online and offline.
• Whether it's a billboard in the city or a social media post from our team, he/she will make sure our brand shows up loud, proud, and polished. If it’s got Mogo on it, the world should know it!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branding and rebranding of all Mogo branches and dealerships
• Ensure brand and visual identity is aligned with brand manual and all information is up to date in all branches and dealers’ shops
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multi-channels: ATL, BTL, OOH, etc.
• Handle the production of branded merchandise. This includes briefing the design team for artwork development, seeking internal approvals from head of brand/product manager/head of department, follow up with production samples from suppliers and order confirmation to suppliers upon approval.
• Manage production and issuance of all Point of Sale (POS) materials including posters, fliers, banners, stickers, business cards etc. and ensure timely delivery across 84 Mogo branches countrywide
• Diligently managing the stocks level and issuing on need basis in consultation with HOB/PM/HOD
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating for best prices without comprising on quality
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams through the existing processes and policies to ensure smooth delivery
• Assist in conducting market research for customer insights to inform brand positioning strategies
•  Be up to date with the best, disruptive & trendy branding and placement ideas to make Mogo brand stand out every time
• Collaborate with communication and product teams to align branding and marketing activities monthly
• Continuously invent innovative and workable ways of generating more leads from POS materials and branded merchandise
