    Brand Manager (Trucks and Buses)

    Key Requirements:

    • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the Brand mid-term and long-term strategy to achieve profitable results of sales, services and parts.
    • Lead the development of comprehensive the Brands policies and procedures that provide guidelines in compliance with the manufacture.
    • Oversee the implementation of proper cost controls to ensure profitability of the Brand division in Sales, Service and Parts
    • Champion the performance of the Division through development of proactive training programs, regular feedback and performance appraisals for the team to promote a culture of high performance.
    • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the Brand budget, to ensure efficient allocation of resources necessary for implementation of strategies,
    • Spearhead the design, execution and follow up on events and promotions that give the Brand high profile and appropriate positioning to the right market segments
    • Promote customer visits and surveys in order to understand the customers’ needs and to create a strong partnership
    • Supervise the establishment and maintenance of strong partnerships with dealers and support them to ensure dealer achievement of sales and aftersales targets as well as profitable sales and aftersales targets

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business related discipline from a recognized institution
    • 10 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in management in an organisation of similar size and complexity
    • Global Automotive industry awareness
    • Budgeting knowledge
    • Project and Financial Management
    • Human Resource Management
    • Performance Management’
    • Report writing
    • Presentation and communication skills
