    Regional Director

    Key Requirements:

    • Research and environmental scanning and insight into developments in Company’s priority countries within Africa, so as to support continual refinement of Company’s engagement strategy for key countries in Africa.
    • Identify, cultivate and maintain Company’s relationships with its organisational partners in Africa, with the objective of identifying work opportunities for the Company in Africa,
    • Identify, cultivate, and maintain Company’s networks with key individuals in Africa. I.e A network of government practitioner experts (current and former), to support Company’s ongoing work in Africa.
    • Implementation of Company’s training programmes and projects with Government Partners in Africa
    • Lead the implementation of Company’s projects with government partners in Africa.
    • Oversee the logistical and administrative aspects of programme and project implementation within Africa.
    • Establish the Company’s office in Africa. This could include conducting due diligence and performing the administrative, legal and operational tasks associated with establishing the office.
    • Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of Company’s Africa office, including budget and human resource management.

    Qualifications:

    Commercial Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Operate as the lead point of contact for all Middle East customer portfolio.

    Senior Quality Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Review and maintenance of the Company Postharvest Audit.
    • Review and maintenance of the Company Supplier Quality Assurance Manual & SOPs.
    • Lead Technical relationships with regional customers where required.

    Marketing Executive

    Key Requirements

    Accountant/ Office Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Manage the office in Nairobi and make sure that all employees can focus on delivering their best work
    • Make sure that the company always has up-to-date financial, operational and HR reports, which includes accounting/bookkeeping responsibility

    Legal Manager (Commercial)

    Key Requirements:

    • Managing contracts including drafting and reviewing and other general commercial law issues
    • Monitoring and ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance by the company.

    Branch Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Drive Operational Excellence.
    • Ensure compliance across all departments within the branch.
    • Ensure all areas of the Spa facilities are functioning properly; machines, equipment,
    • taking into account wear and tear, water and power consumption.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in managing operations and contractors is highly preferred

    Key Requirements:

    Garment Technologist – Kikambala, Kilifi

    Key Requirements:

    • Be able to estimate the fabric consumption and trims required for each sample and hence provide this accurate information to procurement for sampling and bulk production.
    • Support pattern maker in creation of patterns and grading based on client specification.
    • Oversee construction of samples and support sample machinists
    • Ensure sample construction planning is created in such a way that enables efficient smooth bulk production.
    • Ensure production team receive detailed clear information on client orders (based on sample construction planning) to deliver seamless production and delivery orders.
    • Oversee sampling team to work on fit comments received from clients and ensure accurate amendments to patterns and samples to ensure smooth and fast approval of samples.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Minimum 8 years experience working within the garment industry.
    • Must have an understanding of manufacturing, textiles, and garment construction.
    • Ability to work alone as well as in a team.
    • Be able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of pattern cutting, construction, and manufacturing techniques.
