Marketing Executive at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Requirements

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media
• Liaise with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
• See all marketing campaigns through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Collaborate with managers in preparing Business development budgets and monitoring expenses
• Execute the digital marketing strategy, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), organic and paid social marketing, pay-per-click and other digital marketing communications tactics
• Supports the planning of marketing activities based against the customer journey based on feedback and insights to improve customer experience
• Actively partner with regional and local marketing community to ensure the successful deployment of digital marketing activities, including but not limited to: Web and SEO
• Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the same industry, the Content marketing team and Design Studio to implement digital marketing activities

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar
• At least 3 years working experience in Marketing
• Experience in the Engineering sector is an added advantage
• Experience taking high quality photographs & video of project deliverables to use for marketing purposes
• Ability to work on your own and in a team
• Proven experience in creating sales campaigns
• Fully proficient in SEO and Digital Marketing
