We are seeking Building and Construction interns who are passionate about real estate, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge about the building process and various projects on site.
• Will be assigned to a real job/task and expected to make a contribution that will have an impact on the business.
• Promotes safety and compliance measures on site
• Planning, budgeting and scheduling activities for the project
• Coordinating activities with contractors, consultants and architects
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction site
• Hand in daily reports to the directors
• All tasks and duties as assigned by the company management
