About the internship

We are seeking a reliable and vibrant accounts and administration intern to support the finance operations department in our office. One should be proficient with computer programs, have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction, must have completed introductory accounting courses and have a basic understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadowing members of the accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Working with bookkeeping software.
• Learning how to work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
• Filing and retrieval of transaction documentation
• Maintaining and managing list of debtors and creditors
• Managing staff details
• Hand in daily reports to the directors
• Budgeting and all tasks and duties as assigned by the company management
